Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Blueravn collects when you contact us, why, and what rights you have over it. We keep it short and honest — if anything here is unclear, email zdenek@blueravn.eu.

Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your company (if you give it), and the message you write. We use it only to read your enquiry and reply, and to discuss working together. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not profile you.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where your message is about a possible project, taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both act as our processors under contract and only process the data to provide their service. We keep your message only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows, then delete it — or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to zdenek@blueravn.eu and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Czech data-protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
