I'm Zdeněk Pejcel. I spent two and a half years inside Salesforce, then five years building a firm on top of it.
In 2017 I founded Mooza Inspire in Prague. We grew from two people to fifty, with 150+ certifications across Prague and Poland. In 2022 Nextview Consulting acquired us.

Odin kept two ravens. Huginn — thought. Muninn — memory. Every morning they flew out over the world. Every evening they came back and told him what they had seen.
Odin did not know everything. He had a way of finding out.

We start by looking. Not at your process documentation — at how the work really gets done. Where people go around the system. Which report nobody trusts. The useful question is rarely the one in the brief.

The memory of your system, written down.
Two kinds of memory. The one we bring: this failure mode has a name, and we know how it ends. The one we build with you: why that field exists, what you already tried, what broke when you did. Today most of it lives in someone's head, and walks out when they do. We write it down from the first week, and it stays yours.
Then you decide.
The ravens never ruled anything. They reported to the one who did. Same here: we run the system, you run the business. You get a clear read, and the call is yours.
